We are taking the time to write this letter to you because so often people write letters because of bad experiences they have.... not the good ones. Well, this is a letter about a GOOD experience that we had.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to your TEAM of professionals that handled the soil stabilization at our home. From the first time we spoke with Dave Toler and his assistant Donna, to our first time meeting your drilling crew and then Reed and the grouting crew.... we were impressed all the way to the end!

We have never seen or talked to such a nice bunch of people. They were all genuine, kind, respectful and hard working. We have heard horror stories from others.....and we were scared. But, your crew was incredible. They made us feel at ease. We were proud to have them at our home. We could not believe how clean they would leave everything at the end of each day!

One of the aspects of our "Secure Advantage" is our commitment to use Innovative Technology in all of our projects. We were recently featured on the website of Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc., when we contracted them to survey a new construction foundation repair. As the article explains, ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used to discover utility lines that reside underneath a structure. Over 1000 sq feet of foundation were surveyed, and GPRS effectively located utility lines, which allowed our crew members to execute this project with precision and the attention to detail that has allowed us to become one of Florida's fastest growing sinkhole repair contractors.
